Blanca Nicassio, MA, AMFT | Controller & Program Director
The Clinical Architect
Blanca is the strategic heart of our operations.
She holds a B.A. in Psychology, an M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy, and is a Registered Psychological Associate currently completing her Doctorate in Psychology.
In addition to managing the firm's financial health, Blanca is the architect of our Second Chance Program, providing the psychological framework and mentorship needed for trade-skilled individuals to successfully re-enter society.
